Welcome to The Move Show: Release Your Junk and Move Into Your Destiny. I’m Dr. Michelle Barr—spiritual coach, counselor, and former crisis and trauma therapist—and this space is all about helping you clear, heal, and resolve what’s keeping you stuck so you can move forward with purpose and power.

If you’ve been tuning in, you know we’ve been walking through my MOVE process:
M – Make a decision
O – Own it 100%
V – Visualize it
E – Execute it

It’s simple, but it’s not always easy—because once you start moving, everything that’s not in alignment with your new direction rises up to be cleared. That’s part of the process. When you make a big ask, dream a big dream, or take that first bold step toward your destiny, you’re also inviting everything in your energy field that can’t support that dream to reveal itself.
That’s why I tell my clients: when you start moving, expect to bump into your stuff.

Learning to Ride the Wave
Once you’ve made your decision and taken that first inspired, aligned action, it’s all about what I call riding the wave in the field. The field is the quantum field—where all possibilities already exist. When you align your thoughts, emotions, and energy with your desired outcome, you step into that field and start to attract synchronicities, signs, and opportunities.
You’ll know you’re riding the wave because suddenly things start to click:
✨ You meet the right people.
✨ Unexpected doors open.
✨ Money and resources flow.
✨ Joy and creativity return.
The question becomes, how long can you hold that energy?

At first, you might wobble. You’ll get up on the wave, then fall off. You’ll experience big wins—and then old patterns will try to pull you back. That’s normal. This work is about staying aware, giving yourself grace, and learning how to get back up faster each time.

After the Breakthrough: Integration and Mastery
A lot of people experience that first big breakthrough—they make a decision, own it, visualize it, and execute it—and then they lose momentum. The energy fades. Life “happens.”
That’s where integration comes in.
Breakthroughs are exciting, but transformation is a practice. You have to train your nervous system to hold new levels of energy, just like you’d train your body to build strength or your hands to play an instrument. Mastery comes from repetition, awareness, and alignment.
I learned this firsthand early in my journey. I attended a live event called Big Mission, Big Life. I was lit up—completely inspired by seeing someone on stage doing exactly what I felt called to do. I came home ready to move mountains. But almost immediately, everything in my home life reacted. My husband picked a fight, my kids acted out, even my dog got sick!
It wasn’t random—it was energetic feedback. My life had been in alignment with my old energy, not the new frequency I was stepping into. One of my mentors told me something that changed everything:
“When you shift, and then walk back into your life, everything that isn’t in alignment with your new energy will start acting up.”
That truth has stayed with me for more than a decade.

Keep Moving—No Matter What
So, what do you do when that happens? You keep moving. You adjust. You clear, heal, and resolve what’s surfacing. You stay present and keep aligning with your decision, your vision, and your purpose.
This is how you turn a moment into a movement.
When you ride the wave in the field—when you learn to hold that higher frequency longer and longer—you begin living from possibility, not limitation. And that’s when real transformation sticks.

You’ve already made the decision to grow. Now own it, visualize it, execute it—and when the energy starts to shift, don’t run. Ride the wave.
You were never meant to stay stuck. You were meant to move.
