Before I was coaching people in business, speaking, messaging, content, strategy, and money, I was an Energy Medicine Specialist helping people shift using my own unique blend of all the energy healing and transformational modalities I have studied and used over the years for myself and for my clients and community.

I have a healthy and very happy marriage of 26 years. My children are out in the world living their dream lives they have learned to create. I travel everywhere I want to go. I have a Location Freedom Lifestyle while living in our dream resort town in my dream home on the lake. My coaching business is full. My bank accounts are full. My life is full.
YES! I made it to day 10 and I’m quite proud of myself. I am also very thankful to all of you and for your wonderful support, love, guidance, etc. It’s helped me push myself in a way I didn’t know or fully realize I needed to push myself or could. And the shift I’m already feeling is amazing!! Â
